PRELIMINARY INSPECTION FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTION. DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
-PLANNING TO OPEN AS SOON AS 11/3/23. -CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE. NO ISSUES NOTED WITH CONSTRUCTION. THE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION AND PLUMBING APPEAR TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FDA FOOD CODE. -DUMPSTER WILL BE DELIVERED BEFORE PLANNED OPENING. -ALL EQUIPMENT IS IN PLACE. HAVE ALL RUNNING FOR THE PRE-OPENING INSPECTION. -STAFF FROM NEIGHBORING DUNKIN' DONUTS IS MOVING TO THIS LOCATION. THE OLD LOCATION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY, 2024. -PROCEDURES ARE THE SAME FROM THE PREVIOUS FACILITY. ONLY NEW PROCEDURE IS BAKING AND GLAZING DONUTS. -PROVIDE A BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT. -LEFT A COPY OF THE REFERRAL FORM. HAVE ALL CITY INSPECTORS SIGN FOLLOWING INSPECTIONS. ALL INSPECTORS MUST SIGN BEFORE THE BUSINESS IS PERMITTED TO OPEN. THIS FACILITY MAY STOCK FOOD IN ANTICIPATION OF THE PRE-OPENING INSPECTION AT 10 AM ON 11/3/23. |
